REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

As we are solely an online retailer it is understood that some purchases may not fit as desired so customers may want to go up/down a size. However, please note you are cautioned to purchase based on size scale provided as we will not offer returns/exchanges on any intimate apparel products such as panties, thongs, and lingerie as it is automatically assumed damaged as this is a direct violation to customer rights due to hygiene concerns. Robes, Night wear, and certain accessories are eligible for returns and refunds as long as goods are in original packaging, have not been worn/damaged and are ultimately in its original state,

However, no one wants to be stuck with a purchase they no longer adore so store credit of which does not expire minus shipping costs will be accrued to your account once your claim is accepted.

All returns must be advised prior and claim must be submitted  to customerservice@allureladur.com as you will need the address of where goods are to be shipped.  Each claim must include reasoning for return and customers expectancy, advising if customer wishes to exchange/return as well as copy of the receipt or invoice number. Once goods have been received and reviewed a confirmation email will be sent to email address used to submit claim advising claim status. ALLURE LADUR LLC holds the right to deny a claim submitted for returns/exchanges based on condition of which goods have been received.

All returns/exchanges need to be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods for consideration.
